We understand that life happens! Rezound's Terms of Service offer flexibility and understanding while allowing us to plan effectively

Cancellations & Refunds

Note: Depending on availability and at our discretion, canceled services may be rescheduled, transferred, or applied toward other services. Please contact us directly to request.

Workshop & Group Programs

Cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase: Receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee to cover our administrative costs and transaction processing fees.
Cancellations made 14+ days before the event date or session start date: Receive a 90% refund.
Cancellations made 3-14 days prior to a session: Receive a 70% refund.
No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations: No refunds for no-shows or cancellations less than 2 days before an event date or session start date.

Coaching & Resume Services

Unscheduled Services: No refunds will be made for services purchased but unscheduled after 45 days. You will remain eligible to schedule the services.
Cancellations within 24 Hours: Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment date are not refundable, although they may be eligible for transfer or rescheduling.
No-Shows: No refunds will be made for missed sessions, but you may be able to reschedule at our discretion.

Resume Services

Turnaround Times

We’ll provide you with an estimated turnaround time at the start of your service, which assumes that all required materials and information were submitted by you promptly upon purchase. Delays in providing requested materials and information may extend your delivery date or require rescheduling of your service.

Our turnaround time for resume services depends on the service type and level, and typically ranges from 2 to 10 business days. While we make every effort to honor estimates, occasional minor delays may occur. To ensure you receive the best quality service and experience, we will update you on any timing adjustments within your original delivery window.

Resume Review Services

Complete Submissions: Please ensure your draft materials (e.g., resumes, cover letters) are complete prior to submission. To complete the service and provide you with accurate guidance, we’re unable to review partial or red-lined drafts. We also cannot accommodate documents updated or replaced after the original submission, as the review process begins shortly after purchase.

Independent Review: Resume review services are completed independently and will not be conducted live via phone or video. If your service includes a coaching component, that session will focus on how to position and communicate your strengths effectively within your resume or cover letter, along with a deeper discussion of the edits and feedback already provided.

Your Responsibility

Your resume ultimately represents you and no one else. It’s a living document and should be regularly tailored, shaped, and updated to reflect your evolving career goals. Our review services focus on positioning, formatting, and presentation rather than comprehensive editing, though we do flag noticeable errors. It’s your responsibility to ensure your resume is spell-checked, proofed, and error-free before sharing with your network or potential employers.

The decision to apply or implement any advice, suggestions, or materials provided through our services is entirely your own. Rezound Career Resources is not responsible for any losses, outcomes, or damages that may occur following their use.

Responsibilities, Promises, and Guarantees

Scheduling & Availability

Availability for career coaching, programs, workshops, and resume review services varies based on demand. The need for career service often follows hiring cycles, with spikes throughout the year related to industry and job market happenings. We’re typically busiest from January-April and August-November, when it’s not unusual (industry-wide) for services to book out several weeks in advance.

Because schedules can fill quickly, availability may change overnight. If you know you’ll need support or want to join a specific program, book early to ensure your preferred timing. We occasionally accommodate scheduling emergencies for a rush fee, but this is not guaranteed.

Our Guarantee

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee career or job search success. Many factors affect early career trajectory, including economic conditions, academic achievements, internship quality, market saturation, university name recognition, alumni network strength, and hiring cycles, just to name a few. There’s also a good measure of “right place at the right time” involved in career achievements and professional development.

While we can’t guarantee outcomes, we are committed to helping you attain fulfillment and forward progress in your career through expert guidance, trusted advice, and high-impact services and programs.

Job Search Guarantee: If you are actively submitting 5+ targeted job applications per month and don’t receive an interview request within 60 days of completing one of our resume services or job search-related programs, let us know. We’ll provide you with a complimentary 30-minute check-in to review any written materials and discuss your search and positioning. This guarantee does not include individual coaching sessions, Lunch & Learn events, workshops, or free programs.
